Prepare a dough with flour, salt, egg, and milk, and let it rest for 30 minutes
While that's happening, peel the apples and cut them into 4 parts
Then, cut them into small pieces and mix with sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Place the mixture in a pie dish and cover with the dough
Poke some holes in the top crust with a fork
