1 cup of butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of natural yogurt

1 cup of butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of natural yogurt
Place the flour in a bowl and add the butter or margarine in small pieces, not too small
Add the yogurt and mix carefully with a fork
Do not try to uniformize the butter or margarine mixture, or you'll lose the fluffy effect
Shape the cream into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one day
Open the cream on a floured surface and fill two cake tins
Bake in a hot oven (200°F) for 8 to 10 minutes.
