In a medium-sized saucepan with 3 cups of water (720ml), place a refrigerator-proof bowl with the chocolate pieces
Bring to low heat, stirring delicately with a spatula, until the chocolate melts (about 5 minutes)
Let it cool
Meanwhile, in a blender, beat the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks
Add the confectioners' sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form (approximately 2 minutes)
Add the melted chocolate while still warm and stir carefully with a spatula
Add the orange liqueur and stir again
Transfer to four small serving dishes
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving
