1 small pineapple, peeled, chopped, and blended in a blender
1 medium ripe custard apple, peeled, chopped, and blended in a blender
400g refined sugar
4 cloves
5 beaten eggs
1 cup grated coconut (fresh)
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 generous tablespoon of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 small pineapple, peeled, chopped, and blended in a blender

In a saucepan, combine the pineapple, custard apple, sugar, and cloves
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the custard apple is cooked
Strain through a sieve, let cool, and mix with the eggs, coconut, cornstarch, flour, butter, and salt
Mix very well
Grease individual serving cups with butter and coat in sugar
Fill the cups about 2/3 full with the mixture
If desired, garnish with dried grapes dusted with wheat flour and place in the center of the cups to decorate
Steam in a water bath
The cups should be tall, like small cups
Unmold when cooled.
