Grind the raw peanuts in a blender and set aside
In a high-heat saucepan, mix the confectioner's sugar and water until it reaches a paste-like consistency
Remove from heat and let cool
Separate the egg whites and yolks
Add the yolks, peanuts, and flour to the cooled mixture and stir well until smooth
On a separate occasion, beat the egg whites until fluffy and add them to the mixture
Distribute the mixture in the prepared baking pan and bake for 35 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool before slicing
Dust with confectioner's sugar and serve.
