4 cups (sticks) of creamy cheese at room temperature
1 cup (stick) of all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup (stick) of melted chocolate
5 tablespoons of hot water
1 cup (stick) of crushed milk biscuits
Small marshmallows for decoration
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Beat the cheese until smooth
Add the flour and beat until it starts to thicken
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating just enough to incorporate them
2 Divide the cream into two parts
Add vanilla extract to one part and melted chocolate dissolved in hot water to the other
3 Place one cup of the mass with vanilla in the center of a removable tart pan and slowly add one cup of the chocolate mass on top
Repeat until all the masses are used up
Bake in a water bath for about 90 minutes
4 Let it cool to room temperature on a flat surface
Place a layer of crushed milk biscuits on top and put another plate on top, inverting it so the biscuits are at the bottom but keep the other plate on top
5 Refrigerate overnight
Remove the top plate and decorate with marshmallows.
