Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then add the sugar and yolks, continuing to beat
Add the vanilla
Combine the water, flour, yeast, and salt, then whisk together
Mix quickly and bake in a greased and floured baking sheet for approximately 15 minutes
Let it cool, then remove from the sheet and roll up in a towel dusted with sugar
Roll up rapidly with the towel, let it cool completely, then refrigerate
When serving, unroll the rocambole, spread the ice cream and fruit salad (without juice) on top, re-roll, and serve sliced or whole.
