1 package of chocolate cake mix
1 cup strong brewed coffee
1 1/2 cups (of cold) strong coffee, hot
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold coffee
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Prepare the cake according to the package instructions
Bake in a rectangular baking dish
While this is happening, mix together the coffee and hot coffee
Stir over low heat until the coffee dissolves
Mix in the cornstarch and cold coffee; stir well
Cook while stirring constantly until the glaze thickens
Remove from heat
Add in the butter and vanilla extract; stir until the butter melts
Serve warm over squares of chocolate cake, also served warm.
