In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, and yeast
Beat the eggs with the milk and melted butter, then combine with the flour mixture, stirring well
Spread the dough into a greased 20x30cm pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Bake in a hot oven (205°C) for 15 minutes or until golden.
