Grease a bundt pan, line with parchment paper, and grease again with butter
Powder together the flour, yeast, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg
Beat the eggs until light and fluffy
Then add the honey, coffee, and beat well
Add the flour and all dry ingredients, alternating with oil
Add the crystallized fruit, which should be soaked in brandy, carefully
Place the dough in the prepared pan and bake at 180° (moderate) for about 40 minutes
Let cool completely before serving
