3 slices of ripe peach, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon of melted butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, or common flour
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
2 cups of hot milk
2 lightly beaten eggs
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of chopped nuts or chestnuts, pitted
4 cups of water

Place the peach in a blender bowl
Combine all ingredients in the order indicated and mix well
Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie crust that is slightly smaller than the springform pan
Cover with aluminum foil and place inside the pressure cooker
Drain the water around the pie, seal tightly, and close the valve
Cook at high heat until the valve starts to rock
Reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes
Let it cool naturally
Serve warm or chilled.
