Peel the pears, remove the cores, and cut them into small pieces
Reduce the wine in a small saucepan with cinnamon and cloves until it starts to simmer
Add the pear pieces and cook for 5 minutes
Drain and reserve
Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves
Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, brush the pancakes, and arrange the pears and kiwis on one side of the pancake
Fold one side over the other without closing the ends
Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form
Place the pancakes on individual plates and top each one with a decoration of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired
