Beat the eggs until they become frothy
Add the confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Reserve
Place the milk in a microwave-safe bowl with a diameter of 19 cm and a height of 7 cm
Heat the milk in the microwave on high for 2 minutes
Gradually add half of the milk to the egg mixture
Mix well
Add the remaining milk to the bowl and mix well
Heat the mixture in the microwave on medium for 2 minutes
Stir halfway through
Add the butter and stir until melted
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening
Return to the microwave for an additional 10 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Serve warm
Yield: 8 servings
Optional: Serve with whipped cream.
