Beat the butter or margarine and flour until well combined
Add the eggs and continue beating until smooth
Add the carimó, coconut milk, and salt
Beat until a uniform mixture forms
Pour into a prepared cake pan with a hole in the center
Bake at moderate heat (170°C) until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
