Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium-high)
Grease and dust a 10-inch springform pan with butter and flour. Reserve
In a blender, mix all the ingredients until smooth
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and bake at 350°F (preheated) until golden brown (about 40 minutes)
Reduce temperature to 150°F (low) and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (about 10 minutes)
Remove from oven and let cool
Unmold onto a decorative plate and serve immediately
