2 boxes of gelatin (85g each), strawberry, grape, or raspberry flavor

1 liter vanilla ice cream
20 champagne biscuits

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Add the ice cream to the spoonfuls and mix until melted
Chill in the refrigerator until well set
Cut the biscuits into 6 cm lengths
Place them in rows around the edge of a non-stick mold with a 20 cm diameter
Mix the gelatin mixture and spread it into the prepared mold
Before serving, release the sides and remove
If desired, garnish with whipped cream
Yield: 12 servings.
