Start beating the egg whites until fluffy
Add the egg yolks and hot milk, alternating with flour and chocolate powder
Finally add the baking powder, mix well, and bake in a preheated oven, in a greased and floured pan (22 cm diameter), for approximately 25 minutes or until done
Let it cool, then remove from mold, cut a lid, hollow out the center with a spoon, leaving a 2 cm border
Reserve the removed cake
In a non-stick pan, mix sweetened condensed milk, butter, and chocolate powder
Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly
When the mixture starts to separate from the bottom of the pan, remove from heat
Add the crumbly cake and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Shape the brigadeiros and roll them in chopped chocolate
Fill the cake hollow with chocolate ice cream, distribute the brigadeiros, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
