4 egg yolks
3/4 cup of sugar
1 vanilla bean
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder or dark chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of dry Marsala wine, sweet or dry
200g Mascarpone cheese

In a blender, beat the egg yolks, gradually adding the sugar
While continuing to blend, cut open the vanilla bean and scrape out the seeds with a knife, letting them fall into the blender
Finally, add the chocolate
Blend until thick and creamy
Add the Marsala wine, stirring slowly over low heat in a water bath
Remove from heat and let cool
Add the Mascarpone cheese, stirring well
Pour into a large bowl or individual serving dishes and serve chilled.
