In a processor, blend the cornmeal until it reaches a puree
Mix in the milk
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a medium-sized bowl
Heat the liquid in a medium saucepan over high heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling (about 5 minutes)
Reduce heat to low and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy (about 30 minutes)
Pour into four individual molds and let cool
Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate until firm (about 3 hours)
Demold onto plates, dust with cinnamon, and serve.
