1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups grape juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 egg whites
1/4 cup whipped cream
1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin

Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup grape juice for 5 minutes
Add the remaining grape juice, sugar, salt, and gelatin
Whisk until the mixture is dissolved
Add the lemon juice
Let it cool and when the mixture starts to thicken, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites
Fill 6 molds (2/3 full) with the mixture and top with whipped cream
Refrigerate until firm
Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
