2/3 cup of cooked rice

Boil the milk and reserve
Beat the eggs slightly and add the salt and sugar
Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly
Add the rice and vanilla
Pour into a pudding mold greased and covered with aluminum foil
Tie the foil around the mold with string all the way around
Place cold water in a pressure cooker to a depth that covers the bottom of the mold by about 2 inches
Put the pudding, cover the cooker, and cook for 5 minutes after it reaches pressure
Turn off the heat and let it finish pressing
Remove warm and let cool
Serve chilled with chocolate sauce.
