In a medium saucepan with 3 cups of water (720 ml), place a refrigerator-sized container with the chocolate pieces
Bring to low heat, stirring gently with a spatula, until the chocolate melts (about 5 minutes)
Let it cool
While that's happening, in a blender, beat the whipped cream until it becomes fluffy
Add the grated orange zest and continue beating until stiff peaks form (approximately 2 minutes)
Add the melted chocolate and mix carefully with a spatula
Add the orange liqueur and mix again
Transfer to four small dessert cups
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
