Cream 1
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of milk (use same measure as condensed milk can)
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Cream 2
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Cream 3
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 can of cold whipped cream
Cream 1
1 can of condensed milk

1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Cream 3
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 can of cold whipped cream
Start with Cream 1: mix the ingredients and heat over low, stirring constantly until thickened
Distribute into individual servings and let cool
While that's cooling, make Cream 2: combine cornstarch dissolved in milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a saucepan
Heat over low, stirring constantly until thickened, then pour onto the cooled Cream 1
Put in the freezer and start the final Cream immediately
Beat egg whites until fluffy and add sugar
Beat until stiff peaks form and add lemon juice and whipped cream
Mix delicately and remove from the freezer
Make a final layer of cream and return to the freezer for at least six hours.
