Place the pineapple chunks in that caramelized mixture and set aside
Crust: Beat the egg whites until snowy and mix in the yolks
Continuously beating, add the yeast, flour, and pineapple juice
Finally, add the yeast and mix well
Pour into the caramelized cake pan and bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes
Let it cool slightly before serving.
