Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Melt the butter and dust a 9-inch round cake pan with flour
In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and cornmeal for about 2 minutes
Beat in the eggs one at a time, until well combined
Add the green cornmeal and mix until just combined
Sift together the all-purpose flour and yeast, then add to the mixture and stir until smooth
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let cool and then remove from pan
Serve at room temperature.
