Preheat oven to 350°F (medium)
Grease and flour a 9-inch square baking dish or line it with parchment paper. Reserve
In a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt the white chocolate and butter, stirring occasionally
Let cool to room temperature
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, egg whites, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined
Melted white chocolate mixture should be fully incorporated at this point. Reserve
In another bowl, sift together the flour, yeast, and salt
Add the melted white chocolate mixture and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth
Stir in the chopped macadamia nuts and semisweet chocolate chips
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Allow to cool completely in the pan, then cut into squares and serve
(Approximately 294 calories per serving.)
Note: Chocolate chips can be found at party supply stores or candy shops
Alternatively, substitute with melted milk chocolate.
