4 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup Marsala

Whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, and Marsala in a saucepan over low heat in a water bath, until thickened (about 10 minutes)
Place the saucepan in an ice-filled bowl and continue whisking until chilled
Refrigerate
Serve in cups or large glasses
