1 recipe of chocolate roll cake
1 or 2 tubs of cream ice cream or chocolate ice cream
Chocolate Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
60 grams dark chocolate
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon vanilla

Chocolate Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
60 grams dark chocolate
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
Mix together the butter, chocolate, sugar, salt, and 1/2 cup water
Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts
Let it simmer until the sauce has the desired consistency
As the sauce cooks, it will thicken
Serve warm
To serve this dessert: fill the roll cake cold with ice cream
Roll up again and place in the freezer
When serving, slice into pieces
Place 2 slices on each plate and top with a little chocolate sauce.
