1 kg of lean turkey breast, cut into cubes
300 g of cooked ham steak, cut into cubes
300 g of medium-sized shrimp without heads or shells
200 g of cleaned mussels
300 g of white fish fillet without bones
300 g of pork sausage link
Season with salt to taste
4 cups of diced tomatoes
2 cups of chopped onion
2 cups of chopped bell pepper

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1/2 kg of non-noble parts of chicken (such as bones, skin, and carcass. Do not use giblets)
1 chopped onion with the skin
1/4 cup of green onion

2 carrots

In a large pot, cover all the ingredients with water and simmer for 2 to 3 hours
Jambalaya Cajun
In a hot skillet (or pan) with some oil (or butter), sauté the onion
Add the cooked ham steak in small pieces until browned
Then add some tomato sauce and Joe Stuff (see the recipe entry for Joe Stuff), stirring constantly
Add the sausage link in slices and the lean turkey breast in chunks
Add a little more Joe Stuff, bay leaf, and garlic
Next, add diced tomatoes, raw rice, a bit more Joe Stuff, and chicken broth (enough)
Cook until the rice is done
Finally, add seafood, a bit more Joe Stuff, and let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat
Garnish the plate with 2 shrimp cocktail
