Directions

Sauté the onion and mushrooms in hot butter

Add the ketchup, paprika, salt, and pepper mixture

Remove the pulp from the oranges, chop well, and add to the remaining pan ingredients

Heat carefully

Fill the orange shells with this mixture

Mix the egg with milk, season lightly with pepper, and distribute among the 4 orange halves
