700 g of dried soybeans
5 liters of water
Leave the soybeans to soak in pure water overnight
The next morning, drain off that water and blend the soybeans with a liquidizer, gradually adding 5 liters of clean water
Alternatively, grind the soybeans in a meat grinder and add that volume of clean water after grinding
Heat it over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, until the temperature reaches around 60 degrees Celsius, or when the back of your hand can withstand some drops of the liquid
Remove from heat and strain, squeezing into a napkin
Set aside the resulting pulp and bring the liquid to a boil again over low heat for about 60 minutes
Separate out 2 cups of that warm milk, blend it in a liquidizer or eggbeater, then combine with the remaining milk
Cool quickly and store in the refrigerator, covered
