1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder
1 beaten egg white
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of cocoa liqueur
3 tablespoons of prepared chocolate topping (60g)

Combine the sweetened condensed milk, milk, instant coffee powder, and cook, stirring until the coffee has dissolved
A little at a time add half of this mixture to the egg white
Pour back into the pan
Allow it to come to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring until thickened slightly
Remove from heat and add sugar, cocoa liqueur, and chocolate topping
Mix well and let cool
Pour into decorative bottles with lids
Store in the refrigerator
Serve chilled with ice cubes or over ice cream
This liqueur can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 months
It makes approximately 3 3/4 cups or 15 servings.
