1 grated nutmeg
1 liter of raw milk

Boil the milk with the spices
Let it simmer for 5 minutes after it stops boiling
Add the sugar and let it simmer for another 10 minutes
Strain through a clean, damp cloth (morim) and return to heat
Let it come to a boil again and slowly add the milk
Stir well
Once the mixture thickens, strain through a fine-mesh sieve lined with a thin towel (morim)
Let it cool and bottle
Close and store for 10 days
