In a large glass jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the mace, sugar, and cinnamon
Pour in the brandy and mix well
Close the jar
Invert the jar daily until the sugar is dissolved (allow 4 days)
Store in a dark and cool place for 4 to 6 weeks
Use within 2 1/2 cups or 10 servings.
