In a pitcher, combine the sugar, 4 cups of water (960 ml) and lemon juice
Stir until the sugar dissolves. Reserve
In a blender, add the remaining water and mint
Blend
Pour into the reserved pitcher and stir well
Add ice cubes to taste
Serve in glasses decorated with fresh mint leaves and small bows made from orange zest.
