Pork Chops
Make holes in the pork chops with a knife and season with grill and garlic
Douse with rum, lemon juice, add chopped sage and bay leaves
Cover and refrigerate for one day to another
Place the pork chops in a baking dish, season with seasoning, and spread Primor margarine on top of the meat in small pieces

Every now and then, lift the foil and baste with the roasting juices from the baking dish
When it's tender, remove the foil and let it brown

Cook while stirring until thickened
Remove from heat, strain, and serve over the meat
Farofa
Heat the margarine and sauté the onion until soft
Add Maggi or Sazon seasoning and gradually add cornmeal, stirring well
