1 egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
1/2 pound pork loin, cut into cubes
1 cup pineapple juice
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup pineapple sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Frying oil
1 egg

Frying oil
Heat plenty of oil
Mix the egg with flour, salt, and water
Dredge the pork cubes in this mixture and drop them into boiling oil
When the cubes are golden brown, remove from the oil and let drain on paper towels
Mix the pineapple, green pepper, vinegar, sugar, and pineapple sauce
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens
Dissolve the cornstarch in water
Add to the sauce
When the sauce is thick and smooth, add the pork and mix well
Serve warm immediately
Serve 4 portions.
