Soak the gelatin in cold water and dissolve it over low heat
Add to the mayonnaise
Combine with whipped cream in a chantilly manner
Add the mortadella, parsley, green pepper, and fresh dill
Pour into a 1 1/2 liter capacity bowl and refrigerate until firm
Unmold onto a plate and garnish with arugula leaves and tomato slices.
