4 slices of bread, toasted
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
4 slices of cured prosciutto
4 rings of pineapple in syrup, drained
4 slices of prato or melted cheese

Spread butter on the toasted bread slices
Couple each one with a slice of prosciutto, a pineapple ring and a slice of cheese
Place the tarts in a baking dish and bake at moderate temperature (170°C) for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts
Serve individually on lettuce leaves as an appetizer or snack.
