Place the well-drained tuna in a bowl
Mash it well with a fork
Add the ricotta and mash until smooth
Combine with melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Mix to achieve a homogeneous paste
Check seasoning
Shape into a rectangular or round container, or decorative mold
Smooth top and close
Refrigerate or freeze
To thaw, quickly submerge in hot water and remove from mold
Let it thaw slowly in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours
If not frozen in a decorative mold, remove after partially thawed, slice into pieces, and arrange on a platter
Finally garnish with parsley and lime wheels
Serve with warm crackers
