1/2 pound of linguiça
a lightly beaten egg
1/3 cup of biscuit flour
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1/2 cup of spicy ketchup
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of soy sauce

Mix the linguiça (make sure to use fresh linguiça and remove the casing) with the egg, onion, and biscuit flour
Shape into small meatballs and coat all sides with breadcrumbs
Drain excess fat
Combine remaining ingredients and add to the meatballs
Cook slowly for about 30 minutes
Serve in a skillet over a medium-high heat with toothpicks.
