1 pork rind of 1 kg

Mash the pork rind well with the flat side of a meat mallet
Place it in a pot with enough water to cover it and bring to a boil
Cook for about 30 minutes until tender
Drain, let cool, and cut into small pieces
In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients
Add the pork rind, cover, and refrigerate until serving time
Serve in 15 portions
