For the dough
500g all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Step 1
In a bowl, combine flour
Make a hole in the center and add oil and eggs
Mix until a consistent dough forms - if needed, add water gradually
Knead well the dough
Brush with water and dust with flour
Step 2
In a pan, sauté scallions, sugar, and salt over sesame oil
Roll out the dough like a croissant
Cut into wide strips
Open each strip of dough
Fill each one with a portion of the scallion mixture
Step 3
Fold the filled dough in a roll shape (photo), then fold it again, joining its ends, forming a ring
Step 4
Heat sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the rings until golden brown.
