Fry the bacon until crispy, remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Reserve
Remove excess grease and fry an egg at a time until desired doneness
Dip the cheese slices in hot water to soften them slightly
Distribute the cheese over 6 bread slices, topped with seasoned lettuce
With a round cookie cutter (6 cm diameter), make a circle on each remaining bread slice
Cover each part and place the fried egg inside the circle
Top each portion with crumbled bacon
Serve 6 pieces
