Cook the beetroot, cut into pieces and blend in a blender with the remaining ingredients
Place in greased molds 7 cm in diameter and 3 cm high
Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) for about 35 minutes or until inserting a toothpick comes out clean
Result: 17 fritters.
