6 sliced mangos

Cook the sliced mangos in a covered pan over low heat until they're tender
Let them cool and then puree them in a blender. Reserve
Meanwhile, dissolve the cornstarch in milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and forms a creamy consistency
Remove from heat, add white chocolate and stir to combine
Assemble individual servings by alternating layers of creamy mixture, mango puree, and granola until all ingredients are used up
Refrigerate
Decorate with sliced mango.
