Heat the milk and reserve it
Beat the eggs slightly and add the salt and sugar
Add the milk slowly, stirring constantly
Add the rice and vanilla
Pour into a greased pudding mold and cover with parchment paper
Tie the mold with string around the container
Place cold water in a pressure cooker to a depth of two inches
Position the pudding, cover, and cook for five minutes after applying pressure
Turn off the heat and let it sit before opening
Remove from heat, let cool, and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Serve with chocolate sauce.
