Dough:
4 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
Filling:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of mashed avocado
1/2 cup of lime juice
1 or 2 tablespoons of grated lime zest
2 egg yolks
Dough:

To make the dough, beat the egg whites in a snow-like consistency with the salt and vinegar
Gradually add the sugar, beating until the mixture is uniform and well-consistent
Add the nuts
Spread this mixture onto a well-greased baking dish of approximately 20 cm in diameter
Bake at low temperature for 1 hour, then remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour
The center of the cake may crack and sink slightly
To make the filling, mix all the ingredients together until well-combined
Place over the cooled dough
Refrigerate.
