2 cups of wheat flour

3/4 cup of grated carrot
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 eggs
1 large mango, peeled and sliced into thin pieces

Beat the butter with the grated carrot until it forms a creamy mixture
Add the eggs and beat well
Mix in the baking powder with the flour and add to the egg mixture
Add the lemon zest and beat well

Preheat the oven to high temperature
Grease the form and spread the batter evenly
Arrange the mango slices, slightly overlapping, in circles on top of the batter
Dust with grated carrot and bake for 45 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Unmold and, if desired, dust with more grated carrot over the cake.
