3/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons (or 3 teaspoons) of salt
1/2 cup of butter or margarine, at room temperature
1/2 cup of warm water
1 packet of active dry yeast for bread
2 beaten eggs
4 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
softened butter or margarine

Dissolve the milk at room temperature to form bubbles
Combine sugar, salt, and half cup of softened butter or margarine
Mix until dissolved
Let it rest until warm
Heat the water in a large bowl to lukewarm
Dissolve the yeast in the water, mixing well
Add the milk, eggs, and 2 cups of flour to the mixture
Beat for about 2 minutes or until smooth
Gradually add the remaining flour, kneading until smooth and elastic that can be removed from the sides of the bowl
Place in a large greased bowl, brush with melted butter or margarine
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours
This dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
Remove the desired amount and store the rest in the refrigerator.
